The Tampa chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors recently named Denise Garkey and Melissa Flowers of Lindell Properties as co-winners of the Affiliate of the Year award during the council’s annual installation ceremony.
Garkey is Lindell’s sales and marketing manager, while Flowers is a community representative at Wilderness Lake Preserve, a master-planned community developed by Lindell in south central Pasco County.
For the past year, Garkey served as event coordinator for the women’s council, planning and executing the organization’s monthly meetings. She joined the group in 2004.

Flowers has been a council member for about 18 months and served as co-coordinator for events last year.
