Three New Managers Named

Jack Weisser, Ted Shalek and Janice Snow have been appointed to senior management positions at Lindell Properties, Inc., a Tampa-based, privately owned property development and finance company.
Jack Weisser will oversee and manage development services, while Shalek, a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Valuation Analyst, joins the firm as Chief Financial Officer.
Snow has been promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing from her position Director of Community Relations at Wilderness Lake Preserve, which Lindell is developing in Pasco County.

Weisser – a third generation developer and son of Ron Weisser – will be involved in land acquisition, the regulatory process, financing, project operations, development, sales and construction. A University of Florida graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Weisser previously was a mechanical engineer and project manager at L-3 Communications, a New York-based firm specializing in defense and national security programs. He is scheduled to receive a Masters of Business Administration degree, also from the University of Florida, in December.

Before joining Lindell, Shalek served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Vertical Health Solutions, Inc. in Tampa. He was founder and president of Shalek and Associates CPA’s, Inc. in Cleveland for 25 years, and spent nine years with Coopers & Lybrand as a tax manager, heavily involved in the real estate industry.
Shalek earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting from John Carroll University in Cleveland. In December, he will be awarded a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Tampa in Tampa.

Snow’s duties will involve sales management, marketing and public relations for the firm’s ventures, and she also will be involved in land acquisition, strategic planning, market research, project development and construction.
Born in New York and raised in England, Snow earned a Bachelor’s degree from Harrow College in London and has more than 10 years of real-estate marketing experience. A licensed realtor and a member of several local builder and realtor associations, she was twice named Member of the Year by the Tampa Bay Builders Association’s Sales and Marketing Council.
