As other retail and professional centers fill North Land O’ Lakes Blvd./ Lindell Properties had begun construction on Wilderness Commons. The 22,400-square foot retail center is being developed on the south side of the entrance to the 950-home Wilderness Lake Preserve community along US 41 in Land O’ Lakes. Retail establishments- ranging from coffee shops and pet supplies to specialty gift shops and dry cleaners-could make up the tenant mix at Wilderness Commons South, Janice Snow, a Lindell Properties spokeswoman, previously told The Laker. The size of the storefronts is expected to range from 1,366 to 1,503 square feet. A courtyard would connect the two buildings in Wilderness Commons South.
