Lindell Properties' first joint venture was a commercial center on Hillsborough Avenue near Westchase, Tampa now home to six thriving companies. Later, the company's move into the world of residential development was also a joint venture with homebuilder, Mobley Homes to create an exceptional 270 new home community in an in-fill of Tampa 's Carrollwood area, Whispering Oaks.

INDEPENDENCE PARK:
44-acre site located within the Airport/Westshore Business District in the City of Tampa. Plans call for a mixed-use urban residential, office, retail and hotel development. Phase I will consist of the renovation, redefining and updating of the existing 115,000 sq. ft. three-story office building. The goal being to create a classic expression for today’s corporate residents with sellable condominium office suites. Other construction includes a parking structure adjacent to the building, and site work for the entire development.
Plans call for further phased development to include: approximately 900 residential condominium units in mid-rise towers. Site development is scheduled to be complete in 2009.
