Lindell has forged many solid working relationships with local and national home builders and developers. Drawing on this foundation of strong long-term relationships allows the potential for a variety of mutually-beneficial opportunities.

Lindell Properties has the expertise to offer complete site development, land planning, permitting and approval processes, landscape and hardscape designs and overall marketing programs and has the flexibility to partner as the contract developer, to "land-bank" or extend off-books financing.

The diversity of Lindell Properties' services has been successfully demonstrated and confirms a level of confidence from partners that each project is approached independently; with involvement from builder/developer/landowner partners so that together a partnership formula is determined that will yield successful results.

At this point, we are working closely with 12 national award-winning home builders and 4 land and condominium developers and are frequently approached with joint-venture opportunities with home-builders, land owners and other developers.
