Ted Shalek
Chief Financial Officer

Ted Shalek is the Chief Financial Officer of Lindell Properties.  He previously served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Vertical Health Solutions, Inc.  Prior to moving to Florida in 2004, he was the Founder and President of Shalek & Associates, CPA’s Inc. for twenty-five years.  Ted spent nine years of his career with Coopers & Lybrand as a Tax Manager, heavily involved in the real estate industry.  Ted is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Valuation Analyst.  He earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio. He completed his MBA in December of 2006 from The University of Tampa.  Ted is married to Dr. Dianne Welsh, the James W. Walter Distinguished Chair in Entrepreneurship at The University of Tampa.
