Carl Lindell, Jr.
Carl Lindell, Jr. is the Founder/Chairman of Lindell Investments and Lindell Investments, II, since 1995.
Until late 2004 he was the owner and President of Lindell Motors, Inc. d/b/a Lindell Honda-Volkswagen, a full service automobile dealership in Tampa, Florida. He was also the majority owner of Lindell Mazda in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Carl had spent over 30 successful years in the automobile business. During this time he has won numerous Volkswagen and Honda awards. In 1985 he received the prestigious AIADA-Sports Illustrated Dealer of Distinction Award.
Carl has invested in commercial and residential real estate for over 20 years. His acquisitions have included various office buildings, mobile home parks, and residential lots. In 1997, Lindell Investments was formed for various real estate development projects including Keystone Shores and Whispering Oaks. Lindell Investments, II was later formed for the development of Wilderness Lake Preserve. Subsequently, several entities have been established for joint ventures, builder partnerships and future residential projects.
